Terms of Service

The rules and responsibilities that apply when businesses, workspace owners, and authorized team members access and use Convoza.

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern access to Convoza’s WhatsApp AI CRM and sales automation platform. By creating an account, creating or joining a workspace, configuring the service, or using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use and account responsibilities

You may use Convoza only for lawful business sales, customer service, and related conversation workflows. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account and business profile information;
  • safeguarding credentials, session tokens, and webhook secrets;
  • restricting workspace access to authorized team members with appropriate role permissions;
  • reviewing AI automation settings, business rules, and product catalog data;
  • maintaining lawful customer notices, terms, and consent mechanisms; and
  • all activity conducted under your workspace account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. WhatsApp and Meta compliance

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform Terms, applicable template guidelines, opt-in rules, and all laws that apply to your messages, products, customers, privacy, advertising, and consumer protection.

You are responsible for obtaining required consent before messaging, honoring customer opt-outs promptly (including replying to "STOP"), and using approved Meta templates where required outside active 24-hour service windows. Convoza is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, and access may be affected by Meta’s platform decisions.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive promotions, or messages to users who opted out;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or mislead any person;
  • sell or promote illegal, restricted, infringing, or unsafe goods or services;
  • collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis or transmit passwords, full payment-card data, or authentication codes;
  • impersonate others, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malware, probe systems, or interfere with the service;
  • reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or copy the service except where an explicit written agreement allows it; or
  • use AI output as the sole basis for high-impact legal, medical, financial, employment, or eligibility decisions.

5. AI output and human oversight

AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must configure accurate business knowledge, test workflows, supervise material customer interactions, and provide a practical path to human support takeover.

You remain responsible for offers, representations, order decisions, refunds, and actions taken through your account.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Service may be limited by maintenance, security events, telecommunications providers, Meta, AI providers, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are described at purchase or in a separate order form. Fees are due as stated and, except where required by law or expressly agreed, non-refundable for a completed billing period.

We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts after reasonable notice. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase amounts already due.

8. Intellectual property

Convoza and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, and technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of content and business data you provide and grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate and improve the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel according to your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or abusive activity, security risk, non-payment, Meta or provider requirements, or where continued service creates legal risk. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Convoza is not responsible for customer statements, third-party platforms, or business decisions based on AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convoza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid to Convoza for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. General terms and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a business reorganization. Applicable governing law and dispute terms may be stated in your order form or written business agreement. We may update these Terms, with material changes posted here and effective prospectively.
